This is a mixture of honey and grape juice fermented and matured.

1. Recipe for table mead plus 1 Ib. chopped raisins.

2. Recipe for raisin wine (see page 107) but use 1 1/2 Ib. honey instead of sugar.

3. Add 1 lb. honey to a gallon of grape wine.
